We put the world together.
Can anyone recommend a book for me to read? I like a lot of different things like historical fiction, adventure, mysteries…?

I want to get my brother one of these shirt’s for his birthday. He loves Back to the Future and hates being called names so I thought this would be perfect for him. Any suggestions on which one to get?
I found this at a garage sale. I bought it for two reasons, 1. The lion is my sorority’s mascot and 2. His name is Roary. :D
I was bored, so I decided to make a twitter. I already have a facebook so I really thought it would be pointless to make a twitter account too. But it seems to me that twitter is similar to facebook except it isn’t cluttered. I don’t have a ton of game requests, apps, pictures, and random articles on my screen. I also don’t have to follow every single person I know. With facebook so many people complain all the time, like a thousand pictures, or constantly send out game requests. I don’t care what pictures my friends “like” or have any interest in playing games like castleville (although I have yet to receive a request for it). And it makes birthdays so much less meaningful. I like seeing who has a birthday today, but then every single person wishes them a happy birthday on their wall and 90% did only because facebook told them it was their birthday.I wish people would send messages instead of posting on each other’s walls. If something is only relevant to one person, then tell them instead of every single person who looks at their profile. And the timeline…I don’t like it. I still have the old layout but I’m pretty sure sooner or later I will automatically be switched to the timeline. I’m hoping there is a new layout before that happens.
After all of that negative stuff I do love how easy it is to stay connected with facebook. I like the groups, the events (when they are actual events and not just “wear green today” things) and knowing that if I do need to contact someone, I will probably be able to through facebook, even if I don’t have their phone number or address. It is a great way to stay in touch with people and see what they are up to. I like how people can share things and post things for me to look at on my wall.
I guess twitter is just like seeing status updates on facebook except it doesn’t include all of the clutter I mentioned earlier. I did the little tutorial and now I am following 15 people. Hopefully I won’t regret making this account.
When I started this post all I really wanted to say was that I finally made a twitter account, despite not seeing the point of it. But now I sort of do.
In other news I went to a few garage sales over the weekend. I found something really cool I’m going to blog about in a little bit!
